Some sites may have a minimum of 7 day stay. Trailer rentals have min night stay depending on season. Deposits $30.00 or 25% which ever is greater on all reservations. 100% Payment For Holiday stays no REFUNDS. Early check-ins & late departures will be charged an extra days fee. Reservations will not be made or confirmed without payment. You may pay deposit and site fees by Master card, Visa, Discover and good old cash. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. CAMPSITE OCCUPANCY: Total amount of people camping must be accounted for at time of registration. Campsite rates are for a family of 2 adults and their children under 18. Maximum of 4 adults ( 2 which are guest) 3 children per site 7 people total in trailers. 1 camping unit per site or 1 large tent or 3 small tents. 1 family per tent site. No tents on a site with a RV unit. Maximum 2 vehicles per site. Site occupancy may be limited to less on busy weekends. Our defination of family is a couple (ex Husband and Wife, Boyfriend and Girlfriend, ect) and children under 18
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are given when a 21 day notification of cancellation is given before arrival date, Less a $30.00 service fee.
Refunds are not given for early departure, unfavorable weather, late arrival or less than 21 days notification.
No refunds on Holiday weekends. No refunds on Rental units.
Reservation policy
Off season - Opening day thru Father's Day and after Labor Day until Closing :
Reservations during this time may be made up to a year in advance. A Minimum of two nights or three nights or more on Holidays is required for advanced reservations.
Summer season - After Father's Day thru Labor Day: Reservations for 7 days or longer during this time may be made up to a year in advance. Those wanting to rebook the same site, for the same week the following year, may do so with a deposit.
Cancellation subject to terms.
Some sites may require a 1 week minimum during busy times.
Reservations for less than 7 days during the "summer season" may be booked starting on April 15th.

Camp and store program:
Leave your camper here in storage then pick the times you can come camping make your reservations 2 day min and we will put it on the site and move back into storage for you.
$365.00 for 1 year of storage + camping fee. $200.00 for 6 months + camping fee. Quotes on anything else. Camping fees not included in storage fee.
Limited by storage space and site available only, we can not move 5'th wheels, dry storage no power connections.
